What should I check before ordering this figure?
Please check the product description and selected option for the figure’s size, material, included accessories and availability. You are ordering the listed figure, with the design shown on this page. If you are unsure about any detail, contact us before ordering.
When will my order ship, and can I track it?
Non-custom orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays, according to our Shipping Policy. All orders ship with tracking and insurance, and you will receive a shipping notification when your order is dispatched. Delivery time is separate from processing time and varies by destination and carrier. Please contact us before ordering if you need the item by a specific date.
Can I cancel my order?
Email waifu2xstudio@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. You can request cancellation before production or dispatch. If cancellation is accepted before either has begun, we will refund the order in full. If it has already been dispatched, please follow the ready-made item return process in our Refund Policy.
Can I return or exchange a ready-made item?
For a change-of-mind return or exchange, email waifu2xstudio@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and undamaged, with its original packaging, labels and included accessories. Please contact us for instructions before sending it back. Return postage is your responsibility; original shipping charges are normally non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. See our Refund Policy for full details.
What if my figure arrives damaged or something is missing?
Please email waifu2xstudio@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a short description and photos of the item, packaging and shipping label. Keep the item and all packaging, and wait for our instructions before returning anything. We will agree a replacement, missing part or refund at no cost to you, including any necessary return postage. If no replacement is available, we will refund you in full. The 7-day reporting window does not limit your statutory rights.
How should I display and care for my figure?
Display your figure on a stable surface away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity. Remove dust gently with a soft, dry brush. Avoid solvents, soaking and pulling on small parts. Follow any care or assembly instructions supplied with the item.
